Safe Harbour was born out of one woman's experience — and a conviction that no woman should ever face this alone.

When I faced an unplanned pregnancy, I was completely alone. No one to call. No safe place to turn. I went looking for help in the wrong places, and in a moment of fear and panic, I made a decision that I've carried with me every day since.
I know what it feels like to wish someone had been there. Someone without an agenda. Someone who would simply sit with me, help me think, and remind me that I wasn't alone.
That's why Safe Harbour exists.

Safe Harbour Centre exists to provide compassionate, non-judgemental pregnancy crisis support by offering a safe place to talk, accurate information, practical guidance, emotional care, referrals, and ongoing support.
